Window of the World

While I was back in Hong Kong during my trimester break, I visited Shenzhen in China and went to the Window of the World park. It is know as a replica park, where you can see vivid replicas of the world's wonders, historical heritages and famous scenic sites. The entire masterpiece is built at ratios of 1:1, 1:5 or 1:15.

During the day, you can visit any famous places of a country such as the Eiffel Tower from Paris, the Pyramid in Egypt and so forth. You can come to this park and see other famous building design without having to go the country it self. Below are some images that I snap during my visit to the Window of the World Park.

Before the entrance to the park.
Sculpture
This was also place at the side of the park just before the entrance. I was attracted to this sculpture and how they position it and mixed it with the flower and grass, it look really beautiful. Look at how they carve the stone, pretty detail right?

After the entrance
I'm not sure from which country this came from, but just look at how they make the replica of it. It looks as if it was the original one. It was a huge wall with full of carving of faces, bodies, and there's even a carving of animal such as monkeys, elephant and I can't recall the other. It was pretty eye catchy.

I think the above building and small people sculpture are from the country of China. Its pretty amazing on how they built the small houses and the small people.

This was somewhere where they replace Korea.
I basically fall in love with this place in an instant because of the green trees and grass and small lakes. It was really beautiful. We spend a more time here rather than the other places.

Taj Mahal Replica
The Egypt Sculpture. It was quite huge but not as huge as the real one
Small buildings
The small buildings that they build to represent some countries which I can't remember. Look at how detail they build it. It was amazing and attractive!

The Eiffel tower. Again it was huge, but not as huge as the real one in Paris
